Free Pass Request
- Must bring valid photo ID
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Other restrictions apply
- Passes valid for first time clients only
- Not available for resale or redeemable for cash
- Your pass will be mailed to the address provided in 2-3 business days
Freeze Account
The request for absence must be
- Made one week prior to the 1st of the month
- After holding for 3 months per year a $25.00 reactivation fee will be applied
- Accounts must be placed on hold starting on the 1st of the month and ending on the last day of the month
- Please write the exact month/months you will be gone because we will automatically begin to charge you on the 1st of the following month) .
